We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our irrigation division team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the irrigation division, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails to address customer inquiries.
  • Support operations by:
    • Assisting field technicians with issues in real-time.
    • Scheduling service calls and visits for the Irrigation Manager.
    • Entering new customer accounts and programs.
    • Scheduling new estimates.
  • Assist with client billing and payment processing.
    • Make collection calls as directed by finance.
    • Configure programs and billing.
    • Modify programs, resend proposals, and document annual agreements.
    • Process prepayments.
    • Confirm services.
  • Support the annual client renewal process.
  • Prepare and mail physical proposals (for non-remote employees).
  • Collaborate with office staff throughout the day to provide additional support where needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management and as business requires

  • Basic proficiency with standard business equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Experience with Real Green is preferred but not required.
  • Some accounts receivable or collections experience is preferred but not required.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Monday work management.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday (Some weekends or overtime may be required)
